Today Creative Team member Giovana Smith has not one but two stunning cards to share. For these cards she used the Ken Oliver Watercolored Memories Set 1 Acrylic Stamps and Color Burst.
Hello friends! Giovana here today, presenting you a couple of projects I created with my new (yes, I finally was able to use them) Color Burst! I have to say that I love, love, love the Sepia one, oh boy, it is delicious! LOL.
I applied 4 colors of Color Burst: Sepia, Merlot, Yellow Ochre and Ultramarine Blue on a piece of watercolor paper, mist water and let the Color Burst do the magic!!
After the piece dried, I cut it in 4 pieces
For the 'Hello Friend' card I stamped the flower from Watercolored Memories Collection Set 1 in Versamark Ink and applied Gold Embossing powder and heat set. I Cut the panel to 3.75" x 5" and adhered it to a white card base (A2 size). Then I die-cut the 'hello friend' in white cardstock (x2), using Stick it to then stick the die cuts to the card base. A little strip of teal cardstock and few sequins and the card was done.
For the second card I used the star, art, butterfly and numbers (BG stamping) from Studio Collection Set 1, the star and art were stamped in Turquoise Ink and the little swirls are from Watercolored Memories Collection Set 2 and stamped in Lamp Black Ink . I have added a red pearl in the middle of the star and adhered it to the panel on a A2 white card base.
