  1. Hi! Love this tutorial! However, do you cut the little frames yourself with the die-cut or can they be purchased to fit the bezels shown? Thank you for your help!

  3. Congratulations & welcome back home! Just saw your new collection on Blitsy today & love it. Living in Evansville & wanting to support the local community I would like to purchase locally. Can you tell me of any stores that would have collection for sale or is online the only way to buy? Thanks & Merry Christmas to you & yours. Jo S.

  9. Last week I bought the Caribbean and Brights paints. They have been used 2 times and now the labels are peeling off and the white font has dramatically faded. This is quite disappointing. Does anyone have any idea how these can be saved?

  10. I love your Stick It sheets for adhering die cut pieces. I have one request/suggestion. When cutting small pieces from leftover pieces, there is no slit to peel off the back and it is difficult to get the sheet separated. It would be very helpful if there were more "slits" to get those pieces apart. Hope my explanaton makes sense.

  11. HELP! My 19 month old grandson found my color burst stash! He only managed to open one bottle (Turquoise). I looked everywhere to find out if they are toxic. I am thinking no, but want a definitive answer. Of course it's all over his hands and face and chest. Thank you! Grandma Sushi

  12. I am not a store owner. I am a extremely right brained (I keep the left side locked in a closet) homeschooling mom, who also teaches & inspires others to create. I am wanting to buy your color burst products but the website above requires me to be a store owner. Amazon is inconsistent with pricing. Where can I buy your products. I am just north of Cincinnati, up the river from you.
    Sing'cerely, Lauralee

  15. I have tried several times to order the color burst product from amazon and ebay and every time my order gets cancelled because some sort of law in California won't allow them to ship. Does anybody else have this issue? And why can't it ship to California?

    1. Hi , I am not sure why Amazon won't ship to California. You could try Creative Escape in Los Gatos, Or It's all about the Scrapbook in Dixon. Those are a couple of stores who stock Color Burst.

  17. Hi,I bought quite a few sets of the Color Bursts and had a question. What can I use to seal the color burst? I have seen that if the paper gets wet again, the color burst reactivates, so to seal it, what do you recommend? Thank you and I love using them!

  18. Hi Ken! Question - I was going to use your Butterfly Daisy Stamp (I also have the matching die) to do a Make & Take at Marco's Paper in Centerville, Ohio. I turned in my sample yesterday only to be told that this stamp wasn't available any longer so my sample needs to be redone using another stamp. Can you please let me know if this is accurate before I reinvent my card with another company's stamp?

  19. Hi Ken, I just got my Caribbean Brights Colorburst set today. I found when making my color chart, the Fushsia KN06194 is red. Did you have a problem without production on that one? It is one of my favorite colors and it is disappointing. /Users/sharonmaloneyducoudray/Desktop/FUCHSIA.png

  21. Ken, Can the Liquid Metals be used on their own, or must they be used with another coloring medium such as Colorburst or watercolors? I am a little confused on this. The instructions say to use them with another color medium, but I was just wondering. Thanks for your help! - Stacy

  22. I just bought your color burst brights and used them on yupo paper. Turned out great. spritzed water on them and got a beautiful design. let the design dry for 24 hours and went to pick it up. Hands were a little damp and color came off unto my hands. How long do they need to dry?

  23. I bought two sets of your color bursts and love the intense color. I just noticed that all the bottles have a horizontal cut or crack in the middle of the bottle. The crack prevents the air to burst the color out. How can I replace them?

  24. Hi, Ken - My friend Lucy and I participated in Saturday's OOAK crafting day and fell in love with several of your products. However, the discount code wouldn't work for me (over a $100 order), and when I went back in to try to and order again a day later, some of the products I wanted and my friend wanted are now sold out. Can you let me know when you will have new stock in and if we can still get a discount? Thank you! Kris Johnson
